Elizabeth Guo
Biography
Elizabeth Guo is a senior majoring in Physics at Harvard University, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa as a junior. Elizabeth is interested in the intersection of science, law, and policy. She has conducted research on nanoscale quantum materials at Harvard and quantum computing at IBM and Princeton. Elizabeth’s projects with the Harvard Law School Access to Justice Lab harness rigorous empirical data to propose transformative solutions for a fairer, more accessible U.S. justice system. As an intern at the U.S. Department of Commerce, Elizabeth’s work helped inform the incoming president’s Strategic Plan. Elizabeth serves as a News Executive at The Harvard Crimson newspaper and Chair of the Harvard Undergraduate Women in Physics. At Oxford, Elizabeth will continue her studies in theoretical physics and science policy.
