Biography
Artie Lam is a Hong Kong Jardine Scholar reading a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics in Oriel College, University of Oxford. Throughout his university life, he has been engaged in educational and political initiatives in the Hong Kong student community. As former Co-director of Access Abroad Hong Kong, he has ran initiatives to advance equality in higher education access and broaden students’ academic curiosity in Hong Kong. He has also served as President of Oxford University Hong Kong Public Affairs and Social Services Society with the aim to maintain healthy civic discourse at a time of unrest for Hong Kong. He wishes to contribute to his city through the unique lenses of Migration Studies and Diplomacy.

林德俊是香港怡和学者，在牛津大学奥里尔学院攻读哲学、政治和经济学学士学位。在他的大学生活中，他一直参与香港学生社区的教育和政治活动。作为香港出国留学网的前联合主任，他在香港开展了促进高等教育机会平等和扩大学生的学术好奇心的活动。他还曾担任牛津大学香港公共事务和社会服务协会的主席，目的是在香港的动荡时期保持健康的公民对话。他希望通过移民研究和外交的独特视角为他的城市作出贡献。
